PADI Seal Team
Is your child always on the go, looking for something fun and adventurous to do?
Well the PADI Seal Team Program can given them just that, through specialty missions and under water games.
What is it?
A PADI Seal Team course is a total of 20 pool dives (or Aquamissions) that your child can work through. Aquamissions 1 - 5 teach inital scuba skills so that you child is safe and comfortable in the water. Aquamissions 6 - 15 provide the real fun with speaicalty missions.
What do you do?
As mentioned above Aquamissions 1-5 teach initial Scuba skills and once completed a child can be come a full PADI Seal Team Member.
Progressing on through Aquamissions 6 - 15, your child will find real adventure with specialty missions such as wreck diver, night diver, Snapshot etc.
Each dive has a log and work book section that you child can work through with their instructor to get the most out of the programme.
How long does it last?
Each Aquamission last around 1hr.
How much does it cost?
The initial Seal Team starter course, including Aquamissions 1 - 5 and course materials costs £200.
Each additional Aquamission costs £30.
What basic requirements are there?
Each participant must be:
8 - 10 years old.
Be able to swim comfortably
And enjoy the water.
What do I need to bring?
A swimming costume and T-shirt, everything else is provided.
When can I do it?
Scubafish has a pool on a Tuesday evening, so any Tuesday you feel like.
What´s next?
Futher PADI Seal Team missions can be dreamt up by a participant, along as its fun and safe.
Also a PADI Scuba Diver or PADI Open Water Diver course is available if the participant meets the entry requirements of 10 yrs or older.
