PADI Wreck Diver

If wrecks interest you then the PADI Wreck Diver Course can help you further your interest.

What is it?

The PADI Wreck Diver course will teach you the skills and techniques you need to be able to dive and explore wrecks safely and with full confidence.

What do you do?

The PADI Wreck Diver course is split in to 2 distinct areas:
  • Academic self study - PADI course materials are very comprehensive and as part of the course you will be issued with a PADI Wreck Diver Crew-Pak.  This pack contains all the manuals and educational tools you will need to complete this programme. 

    As always you are required to complete the knowledge reviews at the end of each section of the PADI Wreck Diver manual and hand them to your instructor to review, who will then cover any gaps that you may have.
  • Open Water Session - The final step for a PADI Wreck Diver course is to complete 4 open water dives, where you will experience wreck diving and learn vital skills required for the exploration of wrecks

How long does it last?

Typically the PADI Wreck Diver course is run over a weekend comprising of 2 open water sessions.

How much does it cost?

The PADI Wreck Diver course cost £100 per person

  • Included in the course:
    All Course materials (PADI Wreck Diver Crew-pak and Certification)
    Tuition
  • Not Included in the course:
    Boat and entrance fees
    Kit Hire
    Open Water Air fills
    Accommodation
    Transportation
    Refreshments

What other requirements are there?

You have to be:

12 years or older.
Complete the PADI medical form.
A PADI Open Water diver or Equivalent.
Have a keen sense of adventure.

What do I need to bring?

  • Open Water Sessions - Usual Scuba equipment

When can I do it?

Scubafish run PADI Wreck Diver Courses continually, so when ever your ready to sign up.

What next after this?

You can continue the adventure further by becoming a PADI Master Scuba Diver, by completing 5 specialties and 50 Dives.
 
To expand your experience you can also sign up for a Scubafish diving trip to try some of the wonderful diving the UK has to offer as well as those sites overseas.
